Psychologists say that it takes 21 days to create new habits, so I’ve made you a 21 day chart with some affirmations that you need to say EVERY day of those 21 days.
If you’re new at this, don’t try to be overly clever and say a gazillion different affirmations, because you’ll just end up overwhelmed and you’ll possibly just give up.
Remember, what the goal is here is to get your brain to start defaulting to positive thinking.
So, let’s start by saying one basic thing as many times a day as we can, and then cross it off and replace it with a new affirmation the next day.
